Pharmacological properties
The drug has analgesic, antipyretic and anti-inflammatory effects. The components of the drug are synergists. The antipyretic effect of acetylsalicylic acid is realized through the central nervous system by inhibiting the synthesis of prostaglandins pgf2 in the hypothalamus in response to the effects of endogenous pyrogens.
