Pharmacological properties:
The drug has a pronounced analgesic and antipyretic effect. Analgin impedes the conduction of pain impulses by nerve fibers and increases the excitability threshold at the level of the thalamus. The antipyretic mechanism of action is due to reduce formation and release of substances from neutrophilic leukocytes, bacteria and endotoxins.
